Kim is a Certified Canadian Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Kim holds an undergraduate (Honours) degree from the University of Saskatchewan, majoring in Psychology, as well as a Masters of Counselling with a specialization in Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University. Kim provides individual, couples, and family counseling. She has over 15 years of experience, offering group counselling and individual support to those impacted by addictions, domestic violence, trauma, grief, anger, relationship issues, anxiety, and stress.
Kim approaches each session from a holistic viewpoint, focusing on the entire person and their life experiences. With a strong foundation in cognitive behavioural, solution-focused, and person-centered talk therapies, as well as EFT (Tapping) training, Kim supports each client to reach their goals and feel the best they can mentally, emotionally, and physically.
