OUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY: NAVIGATING THROUGH COVID-19
At Crossroads Therapeutic Solutions, we believe it is our role and responsibility during this time to prioritize two things: the health and well-being of our clients and employees while also playing a constructive role in supporting health officials as they work to contain the virus. Through that lens, we will continue to make decisions informed by the latest evidence-based information.
Crossroads Therapeutic Solutions is closely monitoring information related to the spread of COVID-19. Currently, Crossroads Therapeutic Solutions is adapting therapeutic services by offering telephone sessions or sessions via a secure video conferencing platform to improve social distancing.
We appreciate your understanding that, as a client, therapeutic services may look different as we
navigate through this time together. As always, we request 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If you have symptoms and recently traveled outside Canada or were exposed to someone who has COVID-19, please stay at home and call HealthLine 8-1-1 for instructions. Do not go to an emergency room or clinic. Call ahead before leaving your home for medical care and tell the clinic you are coming in and that you are self-monitoring due to the risk of COVID-19. By calling ahead, you help the clinic, hospital, lab, urgent care, or doctor’s office prepare for your visit and stop the spread of germs. If your symptoms worsen or you need immediate medical attention, call 911.
The Government of Saskatchewan has developed an online self-assessment tool to determine whether you should be tested for COVID-19. As a last resort, we will close Crossroads Therapeutic Solutions if we feel it is in the best interest of our clients and employees, or if we are directed to do so by government authorities.
We are privileged to serve you and look forward to seeing you soon.
