Bev Digout is a Master-level Registered Social Worker who has been practicing for over 30 years. Bev’s therapeutic orientation starts with a client-centered focus, blending a variety of models to suit the unique needs of each client. She has training in Attachment Theory, Family Systems Theory, Play Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, as well as Narrative and Brief Solution-focused models. Bev enjoys working with individuals, families and couples navigating life transitions, parenting, family, and marital concerns. She also works with individuals working through addiction related concerns, anxiety, and depression.
